Anflow bikes must be reserved two weeks in advance, and they are exclusively for guided 1-day or multi-day cycling tours due to their high-value status.
A. Collection and Equipment
1. Collection Location
The bicycle must be collected from and returned to the location confirmed in your booking unless CycleQuest China has approved a different arrangement in writing.
Transportation to and from the rental location is not included unless specifically stated in your booking confirmation.
2. Included Equipment
Equipment varies by city, bike model and rental package. Please confirm all included items and any extra charges with CycleQuest China via WhatsApp before your rental.
B. Safety and Responsible Riding
1. Rider Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether your physical condition, cycling ability and experience are suitable for the selected bicycle and route.
Please inform CycleQuest China before your rental or tour if you have any medical condition, injury or other concern that may affect your ability to ride safely.
2. Mechanical Problems and Accidents
Please stop riding and contact CycleQuest China or the local rental partner immediately if:
The bicycle develops a mechanical problem.
You are involved in an accident.
The bicycle or equipment is lost, stolen or damaged.
You are unable to return the bicycle at the agreed time.
Do not arrange major repairs or replacement parts without prior approval, except where an immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further injury or damage.
You are responsible for damage, loss or excessive wear caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, failure to secure the bicycle, or riding outside the agreed conditions.
C.Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required when collecting the bicycle.
Security deposit policies vary by rental location. Please contact CycleQuest China via WhatsApp in advance to confirm the deposit amount, payment method and refund process.
Important Terms & Conditions: Out-of-City Deliveries
Nationwide Delivery Flexibility: We can arrange bicycle delivery to any city within China. Logistics are managed in coordination with local partner bicycle shops to ensure the equipment is delivered directly to your hotel.
Rental Minimum: A minimum rental period of 5 consecutive days is required for all out-of-city deliveries.
Additional Logistics Fees: All logistics expenses are the responsibility of the client. These include:
Custom packaging and boxing fees.
Round-trip shipping and transit charges.
Local bike shop dispatch and hotel delivery fees (varying by location).
Security Deposit & Refund Policy: A security deposit is required prior to dispatch, with the amount determined by the bicycle model. Upon the return of the equipment, our team will conduct a thorough damage inspection. The deposit will be fully refunded immediately following a successful inspection.
