This information allows us to instantly enroll you in a premium one-day accidental insurance policy with a coverage limit of 1 million RMB. Once the registration is finalized, a confirmation containing your policy details will be sent directly to your provided email and mobile device via text message, ensuring you have digital proof of coverage throughout your trip.

We offer a flexible security deposit system based on your accommodations. For guests staying with our Official Hotel Partners, the security deposit is completely waived as a courtesy of our collaboration. If you are staying at a non-partner location, a refundable security deposit of 10,000 RMB is required at the time of bike pickup. This can be processed via credit card or local digital payment. The deposit is held to ensure the safe return of our premium equipment and will be released immediately upon the return of the bicycle in its original condition.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team at least 7 working days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this window are subject to a 15% processing fee, with the remainder of your payment refunded to the original source. Please note that cancellations made fewer than 7 working days before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
