With an infectious enthusiasm for the outdoors, Kuang turned a lifelong love for sport into a dedicated career. Bringing together three years of deep technical expertise in the road cycling industry and firsthand experience of more than 20 competitive races, he acts as both an elite mechanic and a multi-disciplinary leader for tours and educational programmes. His calibration work covers Shimano (105, Ultegra, Di2/DA), SRAM (Rival, eTap), L-TWOO and SENSAH electronic and mechanical systems, alongside advanced drivetrain optimisation, custom bearing lubrication, brake system tuning and professional radial and lateral wheel truing. On the road he functions as a mobile support station, using his racing background to manage group pacing, route safety and rider comfort, and offers customised posture adjustment and training advice. Off the road he serves as an outdoor educator for youth and family programmes, transforming complex bike mechanics into accessible, fascinating lessons in applied science.
