Introduction:
The YOUKE 16 is PUKY's bike for children who have just worked out how to ride and need something that will not fight them. The step-over is low, the riding position is upright and the brake levers are sized for small hands, which are the things that decide whether a four-year-old feels in control. This one is pink, if that is what settles the argument. It belongs on smooth ground: parks, hotel grounds and quiet paths. An adult should stay with the child, and a correctly fitted helmet is strongly recommended.
