Introduction:
The Venge was Specialized's dedicated aero bike before the Tarmac absorbed that job, and it is still one of the fastest frames we own on flat and rolling roads. Everything about the shape was decided in the wind tunnel, and you feel it once you are above about 30 km/h — it holds speed with noticeably less effort than a round-tubed frame. The trade is weight and a stiffer ride, so it is at its best on a fast day rather than a six-hour mountain route. The frame takes electronic groupsets only.
